Nikhil Garg

Founder and President

Nikhil Garg is the Founder and President of Agarwal Business Network
(ABN), established in September 2024 with a deep sense of responsibility
toward strengthening the Agarwal business community through structure,
trust, and shared growth.

Born into a family engaged in yarn manufacturing, Nikhil’s earliest lessons
in life came not from textbooks, but from factory floors, discussions on
quality and commitments, and the quiet discipline of running a
manufacturing enterprise. These experiences shaped his belief that
businesses are built not only on capital and technology, but on character,
consistency, and credibility.
An LL.B. graduate from the University of Delhi, Nikhil lived at the prestigious
Gwyer Hall during his university years—an environment that nurtured
leadership, intellectual rigor, and respect for institutions. His legal
education sharpened his understanding of governance, ethics, and
accountability, which today form the backbone of his leadership
philosophy.
Originally from Panipat, Haryana, a city with a proud manufacturing legacy,
Nikhil moved to Surat in 2022 to pursue a larger entrepreneurial vision. He
is the founder of NN Tex, a company specializing in the import and supply
of knitting machines and spare parts, serving textile manufacturers across
India. His close engagement with MSMEs, factory owners, and technical
teams has given him a grounded understanding of real business
challenges and the importance of execution-led growth.
Agarwal Business Network was founded with the conviction that the
Agarwal community deserves a strong, disciplined, and future-ready
business institution—one that goes beyond introductions and events, and
instead fosters trust-based relationships, knowledge sharing, and long-term
collaboration. As President, Nikhil leads ABN with humility, clarity of
purpose, and an unwavering commitment to ethical business and collective
progress.
His vision is to build Agarwal Business Network into a respected institution
that not only creates economic opportunities, but also strengthens values,
leadership, and unity within the community.

Mr. Parimal Rajgarhia

Entrepreneurship

He embodies the spirit of a modern entrepreneur rooted in timeless values.
Originally hailing from his native place in Rajgarh, Sadulpur (Rajasthan),
Parimal was born into a distinguished business family where
entrepreneurship was a way of life.

Raised and educated in Surat, Gujarat, Parimal Rajgarhia’s journey is deeply
influenced by the vibrant commercial spirit of his hometown. Growing up in
India’s primary textile hub, he developed an early and intuitive
understanding of the industry’s dynamics, craftsmanship, and the
importance of strong business relationships.
Parimal’s foundational education in Surat provided the springboard for his
specialized academic pursuits. He holds an MBA in International Business,
a degree that transformed his local insights into a global perspective. This
blend of traditional business values from his upbringing and modern
management strategies has been the cornerstone of his professional
success.
A pivotal moment in his career was joining his father’s export business,
where he transitioned from academic theory to hands-on international
trade. Under his father's mentorship, he mastered the nuances of the
Textile Export sector, eventually bringing his own strategic vision to the
firm. This blend of "ground-up" experience and specialized education has
allowed him to scale the family's legacy into a competitive global
enterprise.
As a Co-Founder of the Agarwal Business Network (ABN), Parimal is
passionate about fostering this same spirit of growth. He wants to build a
robust ecosystem where the Agarwal community can collaborate, innovate,
and scale.
